These terms set out the conditions for using Word & Life (the "Service") provided by Southman.

2. The Service

We provide, free of charge, records and points for items you define (Bible reading, prayer, worship and more), statistics, a Bible reading chart, friends (mutually accepted people see each other's records), notifications, home screen widgets and a watch app.

Donations are optional; every feature works the same without donating. Refunds for in-app donations follow the Google Play refund policy.

3. Accounts

• You sign up with a username and password. Email is optional.
• You are responsible for your account and must not lend it to others.
• You can delete your account at any time in the "Me" screen.

4. Your obligations

We may restrict use if these rules are broken.

• Do not sign up with someone else's information.
• Do not disrupt the Service or harm other users.

5. Changes and interruptions

The Service may pause for maintenance or outages. If we must end the Service, we will announce it 30 days in advance.

6. Liability

We make every effort to keep records safe and are not liable for damages without our intent or gross negligence.
