사우스맨(이하 "운영자")는 말씀과 삶 앱과 웹(https://bible-living.tgc.kr, 이하 "서비스")을 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 보호하며, 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

1. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

위 정보는 기록 저장·점수와 통계·친구 기능·알림 제공과 본인 확인에만 씁니다. 광고나 마케팅에 쓰지 않습니다.

• 가입·로그인: 아이디, 이름(별명), 비밀번호(복원할 수 없는 방식으로 암호화해 저장), 이메일(선택).
• 기록: 직접 만든 체크 항목(이름·점수·요일), 날짜별 기록(체크·횟수·시간), 읽은 성경 장, 주간 목표, 화면 테마·언어·나라(시간대) 설정, 친구로 연결한 사람.
• 후원: 후원한 날짜와 금액, Google Play 결제 확인 번호. 카드 번호 같은 결제 정보는 Google이 처리하며 운영자는 받지 않습니다.
• 알림: 앱에서 알림을 허용하면 기기 알림 주소(푸시 토큰), 기기 언어, 알림 설정(받을 알림 종류와 시각), 같은 알림을 두 번 보내지 않기 위한 보낸 기록. 기록 알림과 친구 소식을 보낼 때만 씁니다.
• 홈 화면 위젯·워치: 휴대폰과 연결한 워치에 로그인 정보를 넘겨 같은 기록을 보여 줍니다. 별도 정보를 더 모으지 않습니다.
• 서비스 운영: 접속 기록(접속 시각, IP 주소)을 보안과 오류 확인에만 씁니다.

2. 민감정보

성경읽기·기도·예배 기록은 종교와 관련된 정보로 볼 수 있어, 가입할 때 따로 동의를 받습니다. 동의하지 않으면 기록을 저장할 수 없어 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다. 기록은 본인과, 본인이 친구 신청을 수락한 사람에게만 보입니다.

3. 보관 기간과 파기

• 회원 정보와 기록은 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다.
• 계정을 삭제하면 즉시 지웁니다. 장애 대비 백업에 남은 사본은 최대 30일 안에 함께 지워집니다.
• 접속 기록은 최대 90일 보관 후 지웁니다.
• 기기 알림 주소는 로그아웃하거나 앱을 지우면(다음 알림을 보낼 때 확인) 지우고, 알림을 보낸 기록은 14일 뒤 지웁니다.

4. 제3자 제공

운영자는 개인정보를 다른 사람이나 회사에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외입니다.

5. 처리 위탁

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure: 서버와 데이터 보관 (대한민국 춘천 지역)
• Google: 앱 안 후원 결제 처리(Google Play), 앱 알림 전송(Firebase 클라우드 메시징)

6. 이용자의 권리

언제든 앱의 '내 정보' 화면에서 내 정보를 확인·수정하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 쓸 수 없으면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요. 방법은 계정 삭제 안내에 있습니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치

• 비밀번호 암호화 저장
• 모든 통신 암호화(HTTPS)
• 서버 접근 권한 제한과 정기 백업

8. 만 14세 미만

만 14세 미만 아동은 법정대리인의 동의를 받은 경우에만 가입할 수 있습니다.

10. 방침 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 서비스 안에 알립니다.

Southman ("we") protects the personal information of people who use the Word & Life app and website (https://bible-living.tgc.kr, the "Service") as follows.

1. Information we process and why

We use this information only to store your records, calculate points and statistics, provide friend features and notifications, and verify your identity. We do not use it for advertising or marketing.

• Sign-up and sign-in: username, display name, password (stored with one-way encryption), email (optional).
• Records: check items you create (name, points, weekdays), daily records (checks, counts, minutes), Bible chapters read, weekly goal, theme/language/country (time zone) settings, and the friends you connect with.
• Support: date and amount of each donation and the Google Play purchase token. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Google; we never receive them.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, the device push token, device language, your notification settings, and a sent log to avoid duplicates. Used only to send record reminders and friend updates.
• Home screen widgets and watch: your sign-in is passed to your paired watch so it shows the same records. No additional data is collected.
• Operations: access logs (time, IP address) for security and troubleshooting only.

2. Sensitive information

Bible reading, prayer and worship records may be considered information about religion, so we ask for separate consent at sign-up. Records are visible only to you and to people whose friend request you accepted.

3. Retention and deletion

• Account information and records are kept until you delete your account.
• Deleting your account removes them immediately; copies in disaster-recovery backups are removed within 30 days.
• Access logs are kept for up to 90 days.
• Push tokens are removed when you sign out or uninstall the app; notification send logs are removed after 14 days.

4. Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties, except when required by law.

5. Processors

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure: servers and data storage (Chuncheon, Republic of Korea)
• Google: in-app donation payments (Google Play) and push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your information and delete your account at any time in the app's "Me" screen. If you cannot use the app, contact us below. See account deletion.

7. Security

• Encrypted password storage
• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Restricted server access and regular backups

8. Children

Children under 14 may sign up only with the consent of a legal guardian.
